Position:
AnchorFree is looking for a proficient and results driven Mobile QA Engineer. As a Mobile QA Engineer you will be responsible for testing the functionality of our iOS and Android apps.
- Job Responsibility:
- Create and execute tests for Android and iOS handheld devices
- Create automated scripts to test functionality and quality of the app
- Use feedback from customer support to expand test scenarios
- Simulate real user experience on the mobile devices
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver mobile applications on Android and iOS platforms
- Devise overall test strategy, develop test plan and methodology, as well as make recommendations for appropriate testing tools
- Requirements:
- 2+years of combined experience as a software QA testing and automation engineer
- Strong knowledge of testing practices on multiple platforms iOS and Android
- Solid Android OS and iOS platform fundamentals
- Knowledge of QA methodology- creation and implementation of test plan
- Familiarity with Agile software development release lifecycle and defect management methodologies
- Write and maintain test scripts, test plans, and test summary reports
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of network protocols TCP/UDP, IPSec
- Preferable Job Qualifications:
- Experience with mobile automation technologies
- Use JIRA bug tracking
